you would be able to buy affordable inauiidvdl insurance from the exchange which does not begin until 2014. Then you will get a subsidy to buy it depending on your income, and a choice of plans, plus a tax credit on your tax return for buying insurance.The insurance companies are raising their premiums higher than usual because they want to protect their profits from having to pay out claims on people who were not able to be insured and get care before, including children with pre-existing conditions. The insurers are using this as an excuse to raise rates and state insurance companies are not regulating them. The federal government does not have the authority to regular health insurance rates.
